No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at time of entry.
This sweepstakes is not conditioned on, and entry is not tied to, registering to vote or casting a vote in any election.
The Cookout Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by We The People, Too, a campaign program operating under the fiscal sponsorship of Black Male Initiative Georgia ("BMI Georgia"), [BMI Georgia mailing address] (the "Sponsor"). The Sweepstakes is administered by the Sponsor or its designated administrator.
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, immediate family and household members of the Sponsor, BMI Georgia, Onyx Impact, any prize provider, and any company involved in the development, production, administration, or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
The Sweepstakes begins on [Start Date], 2026 at 12:00:01 AM CT and ends on [End Date], 2026 at 11:59:59 PM CT. The Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeper.
(a) Survey Entry (primary method, one base entry). Complete The Cookout Survey in full. A completed survey is one entry.
(b) Bonus Social Entries (up to three). Following @WeThePeopleToo, @BMIGeorgia, and @OnyxImpact each earns one bonus entry, self-attested at submission. Sponsor may verify.
(c) Alternate Method of Entry, free mail-in (one base entry). To enter without taking the survey or following any account, hand-print your full name, mailing address, daytime phone, e-mail, and date of birth on a 3x5 card and mail it in a #10 envelope with proper postage to: The Cookout Sweepstakes, c/o BMI Georgia, [Mailing Address], Attn: Sweepstakes Entry. Postmarked by [End Date], received by [Receipt Date]. Limit one mail-in entry per person.
(d) Voter registration is NOT an entry method. Information regarding voter registration may be provided as a public-interest resource. Whether or not an entrant registers, verifies registration, votes, or abstains has no effect on entry, eligibility, or odds.
Four (4) prize types awarded to five (5) winners total: The Rent (one month rent and utilities up to $2,000), The Fridge ($1,000 grocery gift certificate), The Fit ($500 shopping experience), and The Tank ($250 gas gift card, awarded to two separate winners). All prize details not specified are determined by Sponsor. Prizes are non-transferable, no cash equivalent. All taxes are the winner's responsibility.
Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
On or about [Drawing Date], 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries to select five (5) potential winners, notified by e-mail and/or phone within seven (7) business days. Non-response within seventy-two (72) hours, failure to return required documents, or ineligibility results in forfeiture and selection of an alternate.
Nothing in these rules, the entry process, the website, or any related material is offered, given, or intended in exchange for, or as an inducement to, registering to vote, voting, refraining from voting, or voting for or against any candidate, party, or measure.
